Rory x Bailey (breeding expected January/February 2026)

Get ready for some great dogs right here in the Lone Star State. “Bailey” - Triple G Thistle Rocks Red Ike’s Baby Girl Bailey MH is expected to be bred to Rory late January/February. We are expecting this breeding to produce some fantastic dogs ready for just about any performance work. Bailey is 55 lbs of medium/dark golden and comes out of the well known Thistle Rock kennel. Bailey has over 30 Master Hunter passes and a Master National pass as well. There are a lot of similarities between Bailey and Rory so we expect the same from the puppies including size, excellent marking, tractability, big motors and focused calm steadiness in the blind. HRCH Rory x HRCH Penny Sh (6 males, 3 females born 12/25/25) - ALL reserved

We are excited this fall to share this dynamic breeding. Penny comes from Katian Kennels right here in Texas and Penny’s sire is “Grip” and like Rory’s sire “Yeti” he is a Hall of Fame, a Grand Hunting Retriever Champion and a Master National Hunter. There are only 3 goldens in history with these field accolades. Not only are Rory and Penny Hunting Retriever Champions and proven each year hunting in the field, their pedigrees are loaded with many accomplished dogs.

Penny is a great marker and runs crisp blinds and like Rory she is steady and confident at the line. She sits nice and quietly in the blind even for hours. On her first teal hunt this season she picked up 24 birds under 4 guns. Tractable - YES! In fact, last year Seth’s 7 year old daughter took her to the line and handled her at a HRC Started hunt test. Penny is just at home in the house with young children as she is with other working dogs in the kennel or afield. Penny is 57lbs.

If you are looking for genetic diversity in field goldens it may not get much better than this.

RORY X ROXY (Breeding 1/2/2026 - 1/4/2026) - all reserved

Due to referrals from those that have a Roxy x Rory offspring and reports back from others hunting this breeding is being repeated.

Roxy is a beautiful dark red golden retriever that turns heads wherever she goes. Like Rory she is a descendant of the Yeti line and like Yeti and Rory has a presence and personality that draws people to her. She is intelligent, very trainable with superior marking abilities. She is 62 pounds and though strong and determined in the field she is calm in the house and around other dogs or people. Offspring will be very athletic, tractable field dogs and great companions in the home.

Currently, this breeding is all reserved. However, once the puppies are born we will update here with any availability.

rory x Dottie - Repeat breeding Fall 2026

We saw such great things from the puppies out of the last litter including one gung ho puppy going to the Netherlands for waterfowl hunting, this breeding will be repeated. Dottie is a stunning dark golden with a strong athletic 65lb build and a vibrant personality to match. She is a high-drive hunting companion who is working towards her Junior Hunter title. Dottie is highly intelligent with a sharp mind and an independent thinker - qualities that sometimes make her more of a strategist than a rule follower. At home, she is affectionate and gentle, especially with the children, making her the ideal blend of drive and devotion. She is person oriented and thrives on human interaction.

As dark as Dottie is we are expecting very dark goldens out of this litter. The matchup with Rory should build on the drive they both have our plans are to build the tractability for their future handlers.
